Michelle's parents, Bob & May McQuain, opened their own office in Rogue River in 1975. Bob was the first broker to bring buyer brokering into the Rogue Valley in 1982.

Michelle developed the love of real estate, assisting her parents while just a school girl. She saw how patience, honesty and dedication is what it takes to be a successful realtor. Traits that Michelle continues to carry with her today.
